Hello Beautiful people,
It's been a while. Since my last post our world turned upside down and our life has changed.
Running in and out from the house stopped, everything slowed down and now I'm able to focus on the things I love most, bring me joy and balance.
Being in nature keeps me grounded, teaching my chair yoga classes brings me joy, turning more inwardly helps me see the world from a very positive angle.
I do not teach my art classes that I miss, but I have created instead art kits for you to keep your creative process going. All my kits are inspired by nature and would make a fine gift to yourself or a loved one in these interesting times. Please check out my ETSY shop.
